Stephen is our new facilities manager; a role we felt was very much needed in this industry to ensure our owners had the best attention and specialised knowledge on the maintenance of their investment. His role involves the overseeing of any maintenance whether big or small on all of our properties and corresponding with our owners, tenants and tradies alike to ensure all repairs and upgrades are completed to the highest level of care.
Stephen comes to us with a strong tradie & facilities management background and is experienced in this field to provide technical advice and service where required. As well as engaging trades to attend to repairs he will be visiting the properties in addition to our property managers to inspect anything that requires complicated repairs as well as overseeing all repairs until completion.
Stephen loves to spend his weekends camping, fishing and 4 wheel driving as well as quality time with his family and friends.
