Debbie-Lee joined Maloney's back in its inception in 1997 with the dual role of receptionist/property manager. Since that time, she has accepted nearly all the roles within the office including property manager, leasing, advertising and marketing as well as administration in both the sales and property management departments. Having worked in all these roles she has a vast knowledge of the industry.
Debbie-Lee has obtained her Certificate IV in Real Estate and has successfully represented Maloney's lessors in both the Residential Tenancy Tribunal and the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Debbie-Lee has played a major role in the development and implementation of Maloney's property management procedures and structures that are now widely recognised as some of the best in the country.
Debbie-Lee's excellent communication abilities, organisational skills and attention to detail make her more than qualified to represent all of Maloney's clients in all areas of the business.
