For all property investors who bring a property to Maloney’s for management after 1/2/2015...

If within 6 months, you are not satisfied with our property management service, we will refund all management fees for that period.

  • We will always act in our property investors’ best interests.
  • We will follow all lawful instructions from property investors.
  • We will advise owners of their legal obligations under the
  • Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and where necessary, seek independent legal advice.
  • We are committed to providing a tailored management service to meet the needs of our property investors.
  • We appreciate any feedback you may have during the management of your property. If you notice any deficiency In our management service, contact our staff at the earliest point to discuss and resolve the issue.
  • If you are still not satisfied, ask to speak to Peter or Sue Maloney.
  • If we are unable to resolve the situation and you remain dissatisfied, you can terminate your management agreement with us. We will refund all management fees paid within the 6 months period less any GST payments which have been or need to be paid as a consequence of the agreement.
  • This refund guarantee does not apply to management agreements which are terminated after the expiration of 6 months of the date on which the agreement was entered.
  • We guarantee you can expect Maloneys will endeavour to provide an excellent level of service.
