Maloney’s Property is pleased to offer tenants the ability to be pre-approved for our properties.
One of the most stressful things about looking for a rental property is waiting to see if your application is approved.
At Maloney’s Property we would like to try to take some of this stress away.
Our pre-approval process means that as a tenant you can supply all of your information to us to allow us to process your application, then when a property that meets your needs becomes available for rent we will go to our pre-approved tenants prior to marketing and offer the property to them without having to compete with numerous other applicants.
This works as a win for tenants as well as our property investors who will potentially be able to secure tenants for their properties quickly and with minimal vacancy.
Conditions do apply but if you would like to be on our list of pre-approved tenants please click the link below complete your application and one of our property managers will be in touch. Please ensure that you place your budget and the type of property you are interested in i.e. a number of bedrooms and a house or apartment in the special conditions section of the application form.
Terms and Conditions:
- Maloney’s cannot guarantee a property that meets your needs will come available or that there are not other approved applicants also on the list who may be offered a property prior to you. We recommend you continue your search for a suitable property.
- Applications will be subject to the same processing and approval requirements as when you have located the property prior to applying.
- Only Maloney’s staff have access to the applications and should you locate a property elsewhere we will remove you from our pre-approved list and delete your application.
- Approved applications will be valid for a period of 8 weeks and at the time of being offered a property, current payslips to confirm continued employment will be required.
