Maintenance requests reported are logged directly into our property management software.
Please note that we are not authorised to automatically arrange repairs and send work orders, we are bound by our management agreements with your owners who needs to approve any maintenance prior to us sending work orders. We endeavour to contact your owners and seek this approval as soon as possible however your patience while we obtain the go ahead is appreciated.
If any reported maintenance is found to be cause by tenant fault or incorrect use of appliances the cost will be the responsibility of the tenant.

I acknowledge that my contact details will be given to the tradesperson who will contact me to arrange an appointment for the work to be done (please note, if you require after hours attendance you will be responsible for any additional charge)
I/we give our permission for the tradesperson to collect the office set of keys they will be provided my contact details to advise when they are attending from Maloney’s Property and attend to the above maintenance.
