All urgent repairs need to be reported to our office during business hours on 02 6232 0100.
If you need to organise repairs after business hours please ensure that we are notified on the next available business day of the work that was required to be carried out. Your tenancy agreement is very clear on when repairs are urgent please understand that if you arrange maintenance that is not deemed urgent you may be responsible for payment of any costs incurred. Only repairs outlined below are urgent, all other repairs should be reported by filling in the maintenance request form on the previous page.
1. Please read what constitutes an URGENT REPAIR in the panel below.
2. Call the property manager regarding the issue on 6232 0100.
3. If the office is closed contact the relevant tradesman listed at the bottom of this page.
4. Log in to your tenant portal so the proeprty manager is notified when the office opens, Click Here to Log In.
The tenant shall notify lessor (or the lessor's nominee) of the need for urgent repairs as soon as practical, and the lessor shall, subject to clause 82 carry out those repairs as soon as necessary, having regard to the nature of the problem.
