Maintenance requests need to be reported via your tenant portal, which is then logged directly into our property management software.

We are not authorised to automatically arrange repairs and send work orders. We are bound by our management agreements with your owners, who must approve any maintenance before we can send work orders. We endeavour to contact your owners and seek approval as soon as possible, and your patience during this process is appreciated.

If any reported maintenance is found to be caused by tenant fault or incorrect use of appliances, the cost will be the responsibility of the tenant.
